MedRVA Healthcare is seeking a proven, purpose-driven healthcare executive to step into a pivotal Interim CEO role. This is an opportunity to lead a mission-oriented organization that is deeply embedded in the Richmond community, supporting surgical excellence, innovation, and compassionate care across two premier ambulatory surgery centers.
In partnership with H&H Leadership Solutions, we’re opening a nationwide search for a seasoned leader who can bring immediate impact during a key time of transition.
What You’ll Lead
As Interim CEO of MedRVA Healthcare—including the Stony Point Surgery Center and West Creek Surgery Center—you’ll guide day-to-day operations while helping shape the organization’s future. This assignment also includes engagement with physician partners, foundation stakeholders, and nonprofit collaborators to ensure alignment around mission and momentum.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of executive leadership in healthcare—ideally in high-performing ASCs or surgical environments.
- A track record of operational excellence, strategic growth, and physician engagement.
- Familiarity with the nonprofit healthcare landscape and a strong understanding of compliance and accreditation standards.
- A collaborative leader who communicates with clarity and confidence, especially in times of change.
