Keith Berkle, MD

Experience

Keith P. Berkle, M.D., joined Virginia Women’s Center in 2008 and is interested and experienced in all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine and high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic surgery, ambulatory gynecology, sexual dysfunction and vulvar disorders. He also has a special interest in minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic hysterectomies, myomectomies and single incision laparoscopic gynecologic surgeries. Dr. Berkle is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Profile

Dr. Berkle grew up in Goochland and served many years as a volunteer firefighter-paramedic, which fueled his desire to go into medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums and playing golf with his father. He also surfs and cherishes trips to the Outer Banks with his wife and three daughters
