FREE Vision Screenings @ Crossover Healthcare Ministry Back to School Vaccine Clinic

CrossOver will be hosting Back to School Vaccine Clinics on Tuesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 14. Vaccines are free for children (pre-K – 12th grade) who have Medicaid or do not have health insurance.

>>Patients should bring a Photo ID (Patient, Parent, or Guardian), a current vaccine record, and a School Notice of Missing Vaccine (if available).
CrossOver ofrecerá clínicas de vacunación para el regreso a clases el martes 12 y el jueves 14 de agosto. Las vacunas son gratuitas para niños (pre-K a 12.º grado) que tengan Medicaid o no tengan seguro médico.
